Catering Options

Days of Operation: Tuesday-Saturday
Limited Availability: Holidays, Sundays & Mondays
Standard Hours: 11:30AM-8:30PM (Arrival/Set Up: 15-30 min. prior to event)

Food Truck On-Site Minimum: (Based on 2hr serving time)
$300*  For most events within normal operating hours
$500*  For Thurday evenings, Fridays, and Saturdays

*The minimum will increase for events longer than two hours and/or
do not begin within our standard serving times. Event price subject to change based on
end time, additional hours, additional guests & location.

Additional Charges: $50/Hr Service Charge
additional charges do not apply toward the food minimum.

How much is SaPii service charge? Should I pay an additional gratuity?
Service charge is typically 15-18% for catered events.  Gratuity will be added to invoice for we serve packages.

Does SaPii require a minimum order ?
Yes, for events where the food trailer travels to you. Our minimum food orders start at $300 and can go up from there depending on date and time. 

What is the travel fee for?
The travel fee makes it possible for us to provide (utilities) service to your area. If the event is outside of 25 miles of our lebanon location there will be an additional fee.

Do I need to provide a permit for SaPii to cater my event?

If you are located in Linn County, you will not need to obtain a permit. Outside counties may require $30-$350+ in permit fees, unless we will be parking on private property. Please check your city for its requirements.

The price quotes have gone up since the last time we talked, can you honor the old prices?
Unfortunately, unless a contract is signed, with the old prices, by both Sapii & the client we must adhere to our current prices.

How far in advance should I book an event with SaPii?
We will not hold dates, the sooner you book the quicker you can secure the date. Please fill out our Catering Request Form so we can pencil you in and contact you to discuss your event. 

When is the total due?

The balance is due via Credit Card or by Cash 3 days prior to your event (before doors open). Checks will only be accepted 10 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR (to allow for clearance).

I have filled out the Catering Request Form, does this mean I have booked the event? If not, how can I?

Unfortunately not, it is just a Request, in order to secure your event you would need to sign the SaPii Contract & pay the 25% deposit.

Is the Deposit refundable?
SaPii requires a 25% deposit to secure any event.
If your event is cancelled:
30 or more days prior to the event date, the full deposit will be refunded
15-29 days prior to event, ½ of the deposit will be refunded
4-14 days prior to event, the full deposit will be retained by SaPii
3 days or less prior to the event, the full amount of the event will be retained / owed to SaPii.

Guaranteed Parking:

Client must verify that we are allowed to park at the event location site. If, for any reason, SaPii is unable to park at the event, all monies for the event, in full, will be retained by SaPii.  The truck and trailer cannot drive up hills with a 15% grade or higher.

What form of payments do you accept?
SaPii accepts cash, credit cards with 2.75% fee, and personal checks (checks must be received 10 business days prior to the event for clearance, payable to: Stick a Pork in it LLC. $35 charge for any bounced / returned checks.
